Policies
These policies protect both you, the buyer, and me, the seller. Please read through these carefully prior to ordering. If there is anything here that you don't think you can agree to or a condition you do not feel you can meet, please do not order. Thank you!Ordering Policies
A downpayment of $25 or 1/4 of the total order, whichever is larger, will be required prior to starting your order. The balance is due upon completion of the order and approval of the order as seen in photos.
Once your deposit is paid, orders are final. Adding additional sets is not allowed but small changes, adding accessories to your order or upgrading to a variation of your original order may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Should I be unable to complete the order, this deposit will be refunded. If you back out of the order or do not respond to my emails for four weeks, it will be assumed that you no longer want the order and the deposit and any completed portion of the order will be forfeit, and the order considered canceled. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment methods are PayPal (preferred) and USPS or Western Union money orders. Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.
Shipping Policies
Shipping in the US is $6 via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped in a small box.
Insurance may be added if requested, and the customer will pay the insurance fee as listed by the USPS.
International customers, please inquire for a shipping quote and be advised that I declare full value on customs forms.
Time Payments & Trades
As of 1/1/11, I will prefer cash transactions over trades. I may still be tempted by specific resins, please see trade list below.
Time payments will be considered on a case by case basis. Please inquire for more information.
Trades & partial trades may be considered, please inquire.
I must recieve your end of the trade prior to shipping.

Items will be placed on hold only by request and only for 48 hours.
Payment via PayPal is expected within 48 hours of a commitment to buy. Items will be relisted if payment is not sent by then. Exceptions may be considered.
