Welcome! Here you can find information about my tack, from pricing to photos to information to help you order. To navigate, hover your mouse over the buttons and select from the drop down menu.
I've been an active collector since the early 2000s. In the early days, I made play quality tack and accessories for my herd of Breyers and Grand Champions. In 2005, I began focusing on Stablemates and realistic tack. I sold my first set in 2006 and haven't looked back since. I've improved a great deal since then, and my tack has helped win championships in the US, NAN Top Tens, and performance championships in Germany and the UK.
Outside of the hobby, I am a part time college student aiming for a Bachelor of Fine Art and a career in graphic design. I work part time at a print shop getting some hands on experience and freelance when the opportunity arises. I love reading, drawing, and especially photography. I don't own a horse, but have had opportunities to ride and take lessons that have provided an excellent background for my work with miniature tack. I do have two cats; a bossy grey lady that is my absolute baby and an impertinent black wild child who has no fear and loves to snuggle with dogs.

My PC will be out of commission intermittently for the next couple of days as I do some maintenance. I should have internet back tonight or early tomorrow, but I don't know how long it will take to get my email client and various other programs reinstalled. If you need to reach me, I'll respond as soon as I can. Thanks!
The remodel wrapped up at the end of August and school started shortly after. I'm working through a few small projects, but I don't know when I'll have the time to accept commissions again. Sales pieces will be worked on, slowly, as I'm able. For consistent updates, advance notice of the availability of sales pieces, tips, tricks, and updates on the long-time-in-the-making english saddle tutorial, please visit my blog! You can find me at dreamflitedesign.blogspot.com.
Those who follow my blog will know that I'm currently without a studio during a remodel. Hopefully the remodel will be finished in a few weeks. Right now, I'm not taking any new commissions. I'll notify people here and via my blog when my books are open again. I've done some cleaning up around the website and implemented the new pricing for english and western tack. I'll be getting the prices for everything else up in the next couple of days.
It's another new year, and as always they come with resolutions! First of all, I'm going to do my best to keep up with the blog and business in general. I just finished my first semester of college, and it's much harder than it used to be.
In business news, I have changed the prices of tack through most of the website. This reflects the upgrade in materials that I use, the increasing detail in my work, and a few other costs. Most increases were between $5 and $10, though a few were $15. Any orders placed in 2010 will use the previous pricing. For the few customers I have that ordered then, we have your pricing figured already or mostly so, and it won't change.
