2021 BREYERFEST AUCTIONS

Welcome to the auction headquarters for Breyerfest 2021! This page is presented here for your information; auctions are not currently open for bidding. When each auction opens, an email will be sent and PLACE BID buttons will appear with each auction. Additional photos will be available no later than July 15.

I'm so excited to offer these special items for sale at auction. Bids will be taken via the forms on this page, which feed into a time-stamped spreadsheet. This page will be updated as the high bid changes.

Maximum Bid

Breyerfest weekend is a busy time! If you’re worried about missing the end of an auction, you may enter your maximum bid on the form and select “Yes” under Maximum Bid. This authorizes me to increase your bid in $5 increments until the maximum is reached or the auction ends. Should your maximum bid be exceeded prior to the end of the auction, you will be notified and given the opportunity to increase it if there is sufficient time.

Time Payments

Time payments are available under the following terms: 30% deposit required within 48 hours of auction end, balance to be paid no more than 60 days from auction end. All payments are non refundable. By selecting “Time Payments” on the bid form, bidders agree to abide by these terms. Failure to abide by the terms will result in the sale being cancelled and the item being offered to the underbidder.

Additional details and terms

By submitting a bid, the bidder commits to abide by the terms and conditions of the sale as laid out here and above in the Time Payments section. Payment via PayPal Invoice is the only accepted payment method; credit and debit cards may be used without having an account. Shipping is not included in the bid and will be calculated prior to invoicing. When the auction is complete, winning bidders and their underbidders will be sent a courtesy notification. So that we can all enjoy our Breyerfest weekend, I will contact the winning bidders again on Monday, July 19 to confirm details and arrange invoicing. Winning bidders must reply to the July 19 email within 48 hours. The deposit or the invoice must be paid in full within two business days of receipt. Failure to reply or pay within the timeframes given will result in the sale being retracted and the item offered to the underbidder.

Bids may be rejected due to a bidder’s poor transaction history.

There will be no extensions; auction end times are firm and it is the bidder’s responsibility to keep track. Warning emails will be sent to the newsletter mailing list for each auction end time, but I am not responsible for the whims of the internet which may deliver emails hours after they are sent.

BIDDING CLOSED! Final bid - $505 - Bidder #1

MINI HAZEL JUMPING SET

Black veg-tanned tooling calf is paired with a bronzey, rosey metallic trim on this elegant jumping set. The bridle features a raised noseband padded with the same metallic trim, Rio Rondo snaffle bit shanks, hand-crafted buckles, and a shaped browband with bright silver bling. The buckle end reins have been laced with delicate kangaroo lace. The stud guard girth has decorative stitching and is padded with soft garment leather. The breast plate is split to accommodate Mini Hazel’s mane; it clips to the ring on the girth and the faux D rings have leather tabs that slide under the jockeys for easy tacking up. The set includes the saddle pad, made from quilted black fabric with black trim.
